The people listed in the US National Rapist Registry have been rightfully accused or convicted. “Rightfully accused” means that, though they were guilty, they escaped conviction through some legal technicality such as “improper search and seizure.” We are just beginning to develop both our Internet Presence and the US-NR Registry itself.
